Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 5-8 years of working knowledge of storekeeping, general warehousing, and familiarity with issuing, stocking, ordering and receiving parts/supplies, and understanding of inventory management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office packages & proficiency in any computerized inventory system.
- Good customer service skills required to interface with suppliers and customers.
- Kuwait Driving License preferred.
- Must have 18 no transferable visa.
Main Duties
- Take delivery of all final products and reconcile with Job orders.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on dispatched orders.
- Ensure accuracy & control of the inventory by updating records of physical inventory.
- Ensure that all items are stored correctly and that no items are stored on the floor.
- Manage Customers and suppliers’ relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
