- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Manage plant-level accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Perform manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvement initiatives
- Partner with operations and management to improve financial performance
- Support audits, compliance, and IFRS reporting requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Manage plant-level accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Perform manufacturing cost analysis, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives

Requirements
- From Inside Kuwait Only
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Transferable Kuwait residency required
