Requirements and Skills

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi infrastructure
• Experience with UniFi Dream Machine, APs, switches, cameras, UniFi OS / Controller
• Experience with POS systems, aggregator devices, Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners, and restaurant IT peripherals
• Able to troubleshoot remotely and visit branches when required
• Must be available 24/7 on call for operations-critical issues
• Must be persistent, practical, and able to follow up until issues are resolved
