Key Responsibilities
- Business Development Executive – Fit Out Works
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the fit-out industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and project execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Valid driving license preferred.
