Strong leadership and ability to manage drivers effectively
Experience in logistics, especially last mile delivery
Excellent Excel skills
Transferable residency visa (must be inside Kuwait)
Immediate availability preferred
Responsibilities
Manage and control drivers to ensure timely delivery of shipments
Oversee returns and update system daily
Train, plan, direct, and control all drivers for efficient pickup and delivery
Supervise dispatch orders and coordinate drivers
Ensure smooth operations and timely shipment handling
