Required jobs in Automated Systems Company and their details:

Meeting with technology managers to determine application and website requirements.
Analyzing system requirements and delegating development tasks.
Developing technical specifications.
Writing scalable code for .NET software applications.
Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.
Deploying functional websites, programs, and applications.
Drafting software and application operating procedures.

Implement the IT Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with ASC’s other policies.
Technician Activities
Perform regular maintenance of all system software and hardware as per maintenance schedule, etc. to ensure business continuity and minimize the system interruptions based on ASC clients’ requests.
Provide Desktop/ Laptop installations, upgrade and maintenance including installation and upgrade of current office applications, operating system, anti-virus software, conducting file backups, etc.

Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and user accounts, assigning security levels, network access, etc.
Install new hardware and equipment including (printers, Laptops, LCDs…etc.) as and when required by the client.
Follow up and analyze the performance of upgraded systems, keeping track of their performance, reliability, risks and benefits.
Provide ongoing application support / technical expertise to end users in order to enhance security and availability of applications as well as to support desktop software and hardware troubleshooting.
Provide one on one assistance to ASC’s end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mail or in person.

Implement the department's policies and follow the set processes in order to achieve the department's objectives.
General Ledger
Perform day to day accounting tasks such as posting journal entries into the accounting system (i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, etc.) to the General Ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies encountered.
Perform General Ledger reconciliation with sub ledgers (all subsidiary accounts and records will be reconciled to the General Ledger) on monthly and annual basis.
Inform and follow-up with the Chief Accountant on reconciliation activities between the General Ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers, in addition to recording all adjusting, closing and reversing entries to attain reconciliation in such cases (after obtaining the approval of the Chief Accountant).

Ensure timely posting of sub-ledgers and all period end transactions in accordance with the month end closing procedures
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as General Ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Provide analysis and summaries of all accounting information as directed, ensuring key issues brought to the attention of the management.
Record all accounting entries in accordance with the international accounting standards and accounting policies & procedures.
