Site Supervisor - Ready Mix Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site concrete pouring activities and crew
• Coordinate daily operations with batching plant, logistics, and construction teams
• Ensure proper placement, compaction, and curing of concrete
• Monitor quality and safety compliance as per project standards
• Maintain site records, daily logs, and reporting
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and communicate with management
• Ensure timely dispatch and return of equipment and mixers

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Supervisor role within the Ready-Mix Concrete industry
• Strong understanding of site coordination, concrete pouring techniques, and quality control
• Basic technical knowledge in Civil or Construction Engineering preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure construction environments
