  • After-Sales Coordination – Collaborate with the After-Sales team to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Promotion and Fleet Events – Plan and execute fleet events to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Revenue Generation – Drive fleet sales to meet and exceed revenue goals as outlined in the Business Plan.

SALES CONSULTANT – VEHICLE LEASING

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in leasing or fleet sales.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Transferable visa #18 must be currently based in Kuwait.
  • Valid Kuwait driver’s license to facilitate customer visits and market coverage.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and improve efficiency.

Assistant Manager – Leasing

Candidate Requirements :

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial/supervisory role within the automotive sector, ideally in leasing.
  • Communication: Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written) for effective client interactions.
  • Education: University Graduate with a relevant degree in business, automotive management, or a related field.
  • Visa Status: Must hold a transferable visa #18 candidate must be Kuwait-based.
