Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in courier, transportation, or logistics operations
Deep understanding of last-mile delivery operations and courier service standards
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities↚
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics/ERP systems
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and coordination abilities
Must be currently residing in Kuwait and available to join immediately
Responsibilities
Lead and plan ground courier routes with courier leaders for optimal daily delivery performance
Manage and adjust scheduling and shifts to ensure adequate operational coverage
Oversee incident and complaint resolution to prevent customer dissatisfaction or business loss
Coordinate daily shipment receiving and dispatching through the back office
Supervise cash handling procedures and resolve any COD conflicts or discrepancies
Monitor and report on KPIs and load indexes, and conduct regular performance evaluations
Oversee company fleet maintenance and reporting
Ensure safety practices and full compliance with company procedures across the operations team
Drive implementation of new systems and process improvements
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders↚
Provide periodic reports and perform additional tasks as assigned by direct management
