About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen and Laundry Technician in a hospitality setting.
- Expertise in Kitchen equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and computer-based preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of Fire, Life & Safety systems, work order systems, and various trades like Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC.
- Engineering certificate with at least 1 year of formal training (certified).
