Turbine Engineer

 Bachelor of Mechanical Power Engineering degree in any discipline (as appropriate)
 10 to 15 Years of Experience steam turbine maintenance and Troubleshooting. Supporting sales team for all
technical items related to execution work. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for all type
maintenance work related to steam turbine.

Consult with the engineer to setting up the job responsibilities for the foreman and job priority in erction activities.
Ensure the proper utilization of tools, consumables and spare parts
Control the manpower and ensure the timely completion of the activities without compromise the quality.
Knowledge of retubing of heat exchangers and condensers
Understanding and ensuring the compliance with HSE regulation and quality standards
Ensuring the good housekeeping on daily basis in and around workplace.

You will lead a team of proposal/project engineers, coordinating efforts to deliver high-quality competitive proposals that meet client requirements while ensuring profitability for the organization.
This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
