Room Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients face to face or over the phone.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to communicate with the clients thoroughly.
- Understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
- Provide information about the rooms/suites, services, doctors, charges to the clients.
- Show the rooms/suites and facilities to the clients.
- Reserve the rooms/suites for the clients including VIP and VVIP.
- Follow up with the clients for their interest, and room reservations.
- Congratulating the clients on deliveries, and distributing the complimentary gifts on a daily basis.
- Preparing a certificate gift for the new born babies.

- Train members of your team where appropriate. Attend training/seminars where appropriate.

Job Requirements
- University Degree from a reputed university.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service and dealing with the VIP clients.

- Proficient with MS Office and standard hospital database technology.

Call Center Agent
Job description
- Answers all incoming calls (outside or inside calls) meeting standards of good customer care.
- Provides accurate and appropriate information to any telephone inquiries.
- Transfers line to appropriate unit or person, when so required.
- Adheres to confidentiality and privacy of calls.
- Must be effective in achieving customer satisfaction on all relevant calls and over-the- Counter transactions.
- Able to liaise between customer and relevant hospital unit (be it on the telephone or over-the-counter); and facilitates matters of customer care.
- Books patients for clinic appointment as per approved Appointment Scheduling system; emanating from patient’s telephone calls.
- Provide routine information and enquiry service.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient information and prevent disclosure to unauthorized persons.
- Works on rotating shifts/areas as required.
- Participates in training, evaluation and continuing education of the department and hospital at large.

Admission and Patient Accounts Officer
Job description
- Admits patients by receiving bookings from physicians; interviewing patients; entering patient information to the admissions database; obtaining signatures on legal consents and insurance forms; distributing patient information literature.
- Provides patients with information by explaining hospital admission policies, time of admission, room selection; answering inquiries.
- Verifies patient identity; preparing and placing identification band on patient. Ensures patient’s arrival to hospital room or testing area by assigning patient beds; notifying nursing unit of patient’s arrival; calling volunteer to transport the patient to the assigned area.
- Maintaining patient records, which includes detailing patient treatments and diagnoses as well as updating payment and medical insurance information.
- Processing patient payments and refunds.
- Identifying medical coding mistakes, typing errors, as well as patient underpayments or overpayments and rectifying them accordingly.
- Secures payments by screening insurance information; identifying patients requiring pre-admission approvals from third-party payers; verifying approvals; notifying patient accounts department of self-paying admissions.
- Communicating with medical insurance providers to verify whether patient treatments will be covered.
- Answering patients’ questions regarding unsettled medical bills, reimbursements, and billing discrepancies.
- Contacting patients through email, written correspondence, or telephone to inform them of overdue balances.
- Provides information to the public by answering admitting procedure, hospital regulation and service inquiries of patients and the public; referring inquiries.
- Serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures.
- Under the direction of the supervisor, conducts on-the-job training of new employees.
