Architect

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. 
• The Architect will be responsible for designing various types of buildings and structures.
•  Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients, and following up with government permits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Qualifications

• Design and Visualization skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMax or SketchUp↚
• Project Management skills: Experience in managing architectural projects from concept to completion
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and project teams
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze and solve design, technical, and construction problems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
