Senior Estimation Engineer - Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct detailed cost estimates and analyses for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop competitive bids.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 10 years in tendering/estimation (construction projects)
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, and cost estimation ↚
- Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office and estimating tools
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
