Position: Director of Sales
Location: Franchise-operated hotel in Kuwait
Employer: Independently owned and operated hotel – not employed directly by IHG
Note: IHG does not manage hiring or day-to-day operations for this role
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales & Marketing or a related field
4+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales, including direct team management
Strong knowledge of the local business landscape and trends
Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus
