Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry for shipments, invoices, and reports.
• Support the operations team with data-related tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all company records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Knowledge of shipping/logistics products and services preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, company policies, and international accounting standards.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, etc.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and local tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems preferred) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the shipping, logistics, or trading industry is an advantage.

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
