Payment Gateway Specialist / Coordinator (Ecommerce)
Participates in research and analysis activities. Utilizes mathematical and statistical techniques to compile and analyze data. Writes technical reports detailing procedures, outcomes, and observations for the payment gateways.
Responsibilities:
- Manage agreements with payment gateway providers
- Process applications, documents and KYC in a timely manner and submit to management for approval decisions
- Generate regular reports on payment gateway performance, analyze trends, and provide insights
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate payment gateways into the e-commerce platform
- Communicate with payment gateway providers, acquiring banks, and other third-party payment service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Continuously evaluate payment processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proficient in analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Excellent in Excel will be an advantage
