1) Executive Chef (Chocolatier)
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
- Able to manage waste and control food cost
- Certificate from art chocolate is an added advantage
2) Sous-Chef
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management
- Able to manage day-to-day activity
