A well-established IT company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who shall be the point of contact for the internal team and our corporate customers. This candidate will keep schedules, prepare sales reports, provide feedback, documentation, and information to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams & top management to maximize performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotations, reports, maintaining CRM database.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and providing after-sales support when requested.
  • Monitoring the team’s progress, identifying shortcomings, and proposing improvements.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Handling orders by phone and email, and checking that orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries.
  • Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent team management skills.
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Team Leader in a similar (IT sales-related) role.
  • Well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making skills required.
  • Female candidates preferred.
