HR Coordinator

  • Assist HR manager with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing, and provide administrative support to all employees
  • Excellent in both English & Arabic speaking
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience
  • Must maintain a track record of annual leaves, sick leaves, employee file
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have organizational skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills and meet deadlines
  • Must support the administration department
  • License would be beneficial

Executive Secretary

  • Must be English speaking & Arabic speaking would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to administrative tasks
  • Drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
  • Will be assisting CEO
  • Arranges travel & accommodation for executives
  • Taking notes of meetings & record of meetings
  • Arranging meetings
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
  • Must be an immediate joiner

Sales Promoter

  • Full-time promoter
  • Salary depending on working hours & experience
  • 10 hours will be standard time
  • Candidates with a license would be beneficial
  • Good in communication & presentable
  • Should be 18 visa
