IT Help Desk Analyst

  • Following ITSM Process, ITIL Certified
  • Monitoring the ticking system for incoming tickets, updates, and closures. Provide initial first-call resolution support.
  • Ticketing application knowledge
  • Patch Management, deploying patches through SCCM
  • Knowledge about SCCM, Active Directory, NAS storage
  • Troubleshoot hardware & Software Problems (printers/desktops/CCTV/ hardware/network/software) provide support through remotely at the internal workplace.
  • Work with management to provide continual service improvement of our service desk processes and knowledge base.
  • Provision of effective Incident Management, working closely with resolver groups to undertake effective Problem Management.
  • Handling the procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and report procurement activities, plans, and results with key representatives across the organization.
  • Work with IT infrastructure and business units across the enterprise to ensure proper acceptance and support IT asset management's tracking of the enterprise's hardware equipment
  • Creating Weekly and Monthly report and achieving the target 80% on First Time Fix.

Bachelor's degree in information technology OR a related field of study with CCNP, MCSE/MCPIT Certification / Diploma in CS
