Responsibilities
Prepare statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Monitor all Grant Receivables on a monthly basis to ensure timely collection of funds
Balance Sheet analysis on a monthly basis to ensure that all assets and liabilities are recorded properly and on a timely basis
Maintain detailed asset ledger in order to track all newly acquired assets and ensures that the proper depreciation expenses are recorded
Review all related receivables to assure that payments are made on a timely basis
Allocation of costs to the appropriate cost centers so that expenses are reported properly
Report and file the annual Indirect Cost Report to the Finance Manager
Perform other a Monitors all departmental expenditures to ensure appropriations are not exceeded during fiscal budget year counting tasks and analysis as requested
Assists department heads with day-to-day accounting and Finance issues.
Provides information and assists outside audit firm in conducting annual audit.
Perform Daily company banking services.
Provide financial support to management by preparing internal budget reports, cash flow projects, and other special reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Accounting Manager
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting
6 years of Accounting work experience
Sound understanding of accounting principles.
Solid cost systems background.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills

تخصيص التكاليف لمراكز التكلفة المناسبة بحيث يتم الإبلاغ عن النفقات بشكل صحيح
تقرير وتقديم تقرير التكلفة غير المباشرة السنوي إلى المدير المالي
أداء أ أخرى يراقب جميع نفقات الإدارات لضمان عدم تجاوز الاعتمادات خلال مهام عد سنة الميزانية المالية وتحليلها على النحو المطلوب
يساعد رؤساء الأقسام في قضايا المحاسبة والمالية اليومية.
يوفر المعلومات ويساعد شركة التدقيق الخارجية في إجراء التدقيق السنوي.
أداء الخدمات المصرفية اليومية للشركة.
تقديم الدعم المالي للإدارة من خلال إعداد تقارير الميزانية الداخلية ومشاريع التدفق النقدي والتقارير الخاصة الأخرى.

المؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة
6 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل المحاسبي
الفهم السليم للمبادئ المحاسبية.
خلفية أنظمة التكلفة الصلبة.
