General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Running operations and guiding/implementing general business strategy for growth.
- Overseeing hiring and scheduling staff. Assist first-line managers to achieve their goals.
- Tracking cash flow and setting sales goals for their team. Working closely with account managers. Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
- Improving internal processes for better productivity. Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
- Broad range of Commercial In-depth knowledge in international food brands for acquisition and obtain to introduce in Kuwait Market.
- Hold bachelor’s degrees in business administration, finance or economics, or another related field.
- Arabic and English Language
